Enjoy Mediterranean-style “mezedes” paired with a glass of fine wine, featuring traditional Corfiot products. Our buffet invites you to sample all our products at no charge, and you can also purchase your favorites to take home.

Lazaris Distillery specializes in producing iconic Corfiot flavors. They are renowned for their kumquat liqueur, a Protected Geographical Indication product, and their Italian-inspired limoncello liqueur. Their ouzo is crafted using traditional double distillation in a bronze alembic, exclusively in Corfu. They also create handcrafted Corfiot sweets, including Mandolato (nougat), Mandola (caramelized almonds), spoon sweet kumquat, and sykomaida (fig pie), all made from traditional Ionian recipes.

Experience the blend of tradition and modernity in their state-of-the-art facilities. The tour begins in the sweets workshop, where you can witness the production process and delve into Corfu’s culinary history. Continue to the distillery to see the art of ouzo production and bottling, with the aromatic bronze alembic taking center stage.
